The Flat Pile Hoop is used for connecting a dock section to pilings. The Flat Pile Hoop Assembly includes a backing plate roller and removable hoop. Measure your piling and order the next size up.  A 14-inch piling uses a 16-inch piling hoop. Available in 12, 14, 16, and 18-inch sizes.
